The Lid is the human development and Life Management arm; The LID is set with the task of preparing, training and equipping young minds for productivity and efficiency in their pursuit and dreams because we believe in the business of talent and its development.

We believe that information is what drives result in the competitive world that we live in but it is also paramount that as we inform people that we also teach them the application of this said information. Knowledge ,they say is power but we at The LID believe that applied knowledge is power, so it is not just about increasing knowledge, it is positioning people to apply this knowledge in their chosen fields.

The LID is an acronym for LEADERSHIP INFORMATION DEVELOPMENT as the name implies we seek to raise leaders who are informed, equipped and empowered to pursue personal goal, which in turn will lead to National development. 

The aim of The Lid is to create a veritable platform for the development of individuals who aim to thrive in their chosen fields. Personal Development is attained through basic self awareness and what we offer is direct training methods that bring individuals to a greater awareness of self. Our module is lean and precise yet loaded with all needed information that will enable our students thrive.
